Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

How to Cancel:

Login to your account on the City Style website or app.

Go to "My Orders" section and select the order you want to cancel.

Click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the instructions.

Refunds:

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), no amount will be charged.

2. Order Cancellation by City Style

City Style reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:


The item is out of stock.

There are inaccuracies in product information or pricing.

Fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.


3. Post-Shipment Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. However, customers can choose to return the product under the Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

4. Exceptions

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Clearance sale or discounted items are non-cancellable.
